Yes, we offer kids’ ski gear. The smallest boot size is 15.5 cm, and the smallest ski size is 67 cm. Suitable for children approximately 80–90 cm in height.

 

5. Do you offer snowboards for children?
Unfortunately, we do not offer snowboard rentals for children at this time.

Yes, we offer delivery service to your accommodation.
For groups larger than 5 people, please contact us in advance.
We also recommend our pick-up service, where we pick you up from your hotel, fit your gear at our shop, and drop you back at your accommodation.

Yes, size changes are possible for skis, ski boots, snowboards, and snowboard boots, subject to availability.

The largest size for ski boots is 32.5 cm, and for snowboard boots is 31.5 cm.

 

17. Can I pick up my rental gear the day before?
Yes, you can pick up your rental gear from 3:00 PM the day before your rental starts. There is no additional charge.

 

18. Will I get a refund if lifts are closed due to bad weather?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to weather conditions or lift closures.

 

19. Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, extensions are possible subject to availability of skis or snowboards.
