You can easily book your rental through our website. We recommend reserving in advance to ensure the best equipment availability during the winter season.

2. Can I rent boots only?

Yes. We offer both ski boot and snowboard boot rentals. You can rent boots only if you already have your own skis or snowboard.

3. Is same-day rental available?

Yes. Same-day ski and snowboard rentals are available during our business hours, subject to equipment availability.

4. Do you have ski gear for children?

Yes. We offer children's ski equipment, including skis, boots, and poles. Our smallest ski boot size is 15.5 cm, and our shortest skis are 67 cm, suitable for children approximately 80–90 cm tall.

5. Do you offer snowboards for children?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer snowboard rentals for children. However, we do offer children's ski equipment.

6. Where can I see reviews of your rental service?

7. Do you offer delivery service to accommodations?

Yes. We offer delivery to hotels, apartments, and other accommodations in the Niseko area. For groups of more than five people, please contact us in advance. We also offer a convenient pick-up service, where we collect you from your accommodation, fit your equipment at our shop, and drive you back afterward.

8. Do you offer pick-up and drop-off service?

Yes. We provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off service for our customers. For groups of more than six people, please contact us in advance to arrange transportation.

Yes. We offer snowboard rentals for riders of all ability levels, from beginners to advanced snowboarders.

14. Do you rent goggles and gloves?

Unfortunately, we do not rent goggles or gloves. However, we sell them at affordable prices, making them perfect if you need them during your trip.

15. Can I change the size after renting?

Yes. Size changes for skis, ski boots, snowboards, and snowboard boots are available, subject to equipment availability.

16. What is the largest boot size available?

Our largest ski boot size is 32.5 cm, and our largest snowboard boot size is 31.5 cm.

17. Can I pick up my rental gear the day before?

Yes. You can collect your rental equipment from 12:30 PM on the day before your rental begins at no additional charge.

18. Will I get a refund if lifts are closed due to bad weather?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for weather-related cancellations or lift closures.

19. Can I extend my rental period?

Yes. Rental extensions are available, subject to equipment availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you would like to extend your rental.

20. What size snowboard is recommended for beginners?

For beginners, we generally recommend a snowboard that is approximately 15–20 cm shorter than your height. Our staff will also help you choose the most suitable size.
