Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Start

① Rental gear may be picked up from 12:30 on the day before the first rental day.All rental gear must be returned by 20:00 on the final rental day.

Example:

1-Day Rental: Rental date January 5
→ Pick up: January 4 at 12:30
→ Return: January 5 by 20:00

• 2-Day Rental: Rental dates January 5–6
→ Pick up: January 4 at 12:30
→ Return: January 6 by 20:00

• 3-Day Rental: Rental dates January 5–7
→ Pick up: January 4 at 12:30
→ Return: January 7 by 20:00

② Once the rental has started, cancellation is not possible. No refund will be given for the difference even if you return the gear earlier than planned.

2. In-Store Pickup / Return

① Pickup: Customers who pick up rental gear at the store are offered free transportation by car to their accommodation (limited to 2 or more people). For areas outside the Hirafu area, please consult separately. You can receive fitting by dedicated staff.

② Return:

Return the rental equipment directly to our store, or
For certain accommodations, leave the rental equipment at a designated location (such as the front desk) in accordance with our staff's instructions.

3. Delivery / Return

① We offer free ski delivery.

② Pickup: The pickup method varies depending on the accommodation.

- Pickup location: Hotel / Pension

Please wait in the lobby at the reserved time. Staff will call you upon arrival.

- Pickup location: Apartment / Townhouse / Chalet

Please wait at the entrance at the reserved time.

③ Return:

(1) Meet our staff at your accommodation for equipment collection, or

(2) Return the rental equipment directly to our store, or

(3) For certain accommodations, leave the rental equipment at a designated location (such as the front desk) in accordance with our staff's instructions.

4. Exchange of Rental Items

① Exchanges are only available in-store (free of charge).

※ The person receiving the exchange must come in person. Depending on stock availability, we may not be able to meet your request. If exchanging skis, boot settings will be required, so please bring your boots.

5. Cancellation Policy

① 5 to 2 days before the usage date: 30% of the fee

② 1 day before the usage date: 40% of the fee

③ On the usage date: 100% of the fee

※ Cancellations due to bad weather or similar reasons cannot be accepted.

6. Disclaimer

Claim amounts in case of theft, loss, mistaken exchange, or damage to rental items:

- Skis / Snowboard: ¥30,000

- Boots: ¥30,000

- Poles: ¥6,000

- BC gear: Actual cost of each item

In case of theft, a police report is required.

7. Safety, Responsibility, and Self-Management

Skiing and snowboarding are outdoor activities that involve significant risks. We strongly recommend that all customers (including those renting on behalf of others) purchase insurance that covers snow sports both on and off the resort premises.

By receiving the rental equipment, you are deemed to have confirmed and agreed to the following on behalf of yourself and the person(s) using the equipment:

① You understand and agree to the contents of these Terms and Conditions.

② You have provided accurate information for proper equipment setup.

③ You understand that boots and binding systems do not always function as intended and do not guarantee prevention of injury.

④ You understand that even with proper safety equipment, snow activities inherently carry risks of injury and property damage.

⑤ You assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of the rental equipment.

⑥ You bear compensation responsibility for any damage or injury caused to yourself, third parties, or property during the use of the rental equipment.

⑦ You understand that backcountry tours, off-piste skiing, and travel outside resort boundaries involve additional risks. If going outside boundaries, we strongly recommend carrying and knowing how to use avalanche safety equipment such as a beacon, shovel, and probe.

レンタル利用規約

1. レンタル開始

① レンタル用品は、レンタル開始日の前日12:30以降にお受け取りいただけます。返却は、レンタル最終日の20:00までにお願いいたします。

例：

・1日レンタル：1月5日利用
　→ 1月4日 12:30受取、1月5日 20:00返却

・2日レンタル：1月5日～6日利用
　→ 1月4日 12:30受取、1月6日 20:00返却

・3日レンタル：1月5日～7日利用
　→ 1月4日 12:30受取、1月7日 20:00返却

② レンタル開始後のキャンセルはできません。また、予定より早く返却された場合でも、差額の返金はいたしかねます。

2. 店舗受取・返却

① 受取

店舗でレンタル用品を受け取られるお客様には、ご宿泊先まで無料送迎（2名様以上）をご利用いただけます。

※ひらふエリア外への送迎については別途ご相談ください。

店舗ではスタッフによるフィッティングを行います。

② 返却

以下のいずれかの方法でご返却ください。

店舗へ直接返却する。
一部の宿泊施設では、スタッフの案内に従い、フロントなどの指定場所へレンタル用品を置いて返却する。

3. 配送・返却

① 配送

スキー用品は無料で配送いたします。

② 受取

受取方法は宿泊施設の種類によって異なります。

ホテル・ペンション

ご予約時間になりましたらロビーでお待ちください。スタッフ到着後、お電話にてご連絡いたします。

アパートメント・タウンハウス・シャレー

ご予約時間になりましたら建物入口でお待ちください。

③ 返却

以下のいずれかの方法でご返却ください。

宿泊施設にてスタッフへ直接返却する。
店舗へ直接返却する。
一部の宿泊施設では、スタッフの案内に従い、フロントなどの指定場所へレンタル用品を置いて返却する。

4. レンタル用品の交換

① レンタル用品の交換は店舗のみで承ります（無料）。

※交換をご希望の方は、ご本人様がご来店ください。
※在庫状況により、ご希望に添えない場合があります。
※スキーを交換する場合はビンディング調整が必要となるため、必ずスキーブーツをご持参ください。

5. キャンセルポリシー

① ご利用日の5日前～2日前：ご利用料金の30％

② ご利用日の前日：ご利用料金の40％

③ ご利用当日：ご利用料金の100％

※悪天候その他これに類する理由によるキャンセルについても、キャンセル料が発生します。

6. 免責事項

レンタル用品の盗難・紛失・取り違え・破損が発生した場合は、以下の金額をご請求いたします。

スキー・スノーボード：30,000円
ブーツ：30,000円
ポール：6,000円
バックカントリー用品：各商品の実費

盗難の場合は、警察への被害届の提出が必要となります。

7. 安全管理・自己責任について

スキー・スノーボードは危険を伴うアウトドアスポーツです。当店では、レンタル契約者および実際にご利用になる方を含め、ゲレンデ内・ゲレンデ外を問わず補償される保険への加入を強く推奨しております。

レンタル用品を受領した時点で、ご契約者本人および実際に使用する方は、以下の内容を確認・同意したものとみなします。

① 本利用規約の内容を理解し、同意していること。

② 用具の適切なセッティングに必要な情報を正確に提供していること。

③ スキーブーツおよびビンディングは常に意図したとおりに作動するものではなく、怪我を完全に防止するものではないことを理解していること。

④ 適切な安全装備を使用していても、雪上スポーツには怪我や物損などの危険が伴うことを理解していること。

⑤ レンタル用品の使用により発生した怪我、損害、紛失等については、利用者本人がすべての責任を負うこと。

⑥ レンタル用品の使用中に利用者本人・第三者・物品等へ損害や傷害を与えた場合、その賠償責任は利用者本人が負うこと。

⑦ バックカントリーツアー、コース外滑走、スキー場管理区域外での行動には、さらに高い危険が伴うことを理解していること。また、管理区域外へ立ち入る場合は、ビーコン・ショベル・プローブなどの雪崩安全装備を携行し、その使用方法を理解したうえで行動することを強く推奨します。
